Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, you are required to submit a refund request in order to qualify for a refund. Each refund request must include all completed worksheets for the first 3 Modules, AKA “Weeks” (12 worksheets in total). Each worksheet will be reviewed for completion. If any of the 12 worksheets are less than 90% complete, the refund request will be denied and all payments made shall be forfeited without appeal. We will attempt to process all refund requests promptly.

Refund requests will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Any refund requests submitted after the 30-day deadline will be automatically denied and all payments made shall be forfeited without appeal. In the event that a refund request is denied, you will still remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products and/or Services. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours of approval. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final beyond the 30-day refund timeframe.
