If you start the program, and are not convinced that it will help your business, we’ll give you a full refund within the first 30 days from the program start date. However, in order to qualify for a refund (in part, or whole) you must show proof that you have actually given the program a shot (because, if you don’t try, how would you know?). You must submit all the completed worksheets from at least the first 3 Modules (AKA Conversations). Upon receipt of your completed worksheets (within the 30 day period), your worksheets will be evaluated for completeness within 48 hours. You will be notified of your refund’s approval or denial immediately following this review (The approval, or denial will be based on the completeness of the worksheets. They will not be subjectively graded). If the refund is approved, it will be issued within 24 hours of the notice.
